What if there is a mistake in my order or a product is defective?
In this case, the return is at our expense and we undertake to either send you the correct products as soon as possible, or refund your money together with the shipping costs, if any.
I ordered but changed my mind. Can I change a product in the order or cancel it?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it by emailing us at purebubscreations@gmail.com. If it has already left us, you will have to follow the returns procedure.
Similarly, if you want to change a specific product, you can request its replacement or cancellation, but only if the order has not already been shipped.
Can I track the progress of my order?
As soon as we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation message to the e-mail address you have given us. Then, when it is sent, you will be informed that it has been sent along with a link to follow its progress.
I want to give a gift to my friend. Can;
You can use a Gift Voucher completed with the amount you want, by filling out the corresponding form. You should know your friend's e-mail address, because he will receive the Gift Voucher electronically along with a code that he will use to choose the products he wants from our e-shop. The Gift Voucher can also be used in parts.
If you want to choose the gift yourself, then simply ask us for a different shipping address. We will send you the receipt and the gift!

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. All our products consist of ingredients of natural origin, have undergone little or no processing, have no synthetic fragrances, therefore they are not only suitable, but indicated for sensitive, acne-prone or irritated skin.
Are your products all Vegan and Cruelty Free?
Everything everything. We are strictly and proudly vegan and cruelty free. Additionally, we do not buy from companies that use animals (except bee products).
